Carb help!

As usual the boat ran great till....while sking, all of a sudden it started running real rough at idle, and the card would "pop" off the line, run crappy, then kick in, and run normal about 3000 rpm on up. Is the carb out of adjust (350 / quadrajet)? I replaced spark wires, and cleaned carbon in carb. What else? Thanks

sounds to me like your idle bleeds are a lil congested... spray some carb cleaner forcefully down em... just incase you got some oil residue in em which is basically forcing the idle system to draw too much gas at idle and low rpm flooding the motor...

had this happen to the demon...

It could also be a primary or secondary ignition wire grounding. I would give that a look at as well. :wrench:
