I just checked Amazon.com and Alibris.com and neither have copies available now. Check back frequently.

I've had luck with http://www.bookfinder.com for fairly esoteric titles, but it came up empty tonight.

I had the service desk at Borders order a copy for me and I had it a few days later.

I've been searching the net every night looking for a copy and have also placed a wanted ad on amazon.
Just out of curiosity, what have people been paying for second hand copies?
