I am looking for the center (horn button or whatever) for the old style (mid seventies) steering wheel. All I have is the 3 or 4? bolt heads showing. I want to get this covered up.
Thanx in advance.

I'll send you the pic this weekend. It's a "horn button" type mount like they used on cars in the 60's & 70's for aftermarket steering wheels. Except all metal and no spring so it's solid when the cap is over it. Do you have the original wheel mount? i removed all of it, if you need anything else. Also, did you ever convert to hydraulic steering? I've been considering it myself.

No to hydraulic steering so far. Yes, the wheel is original 70's stuff.

Owen, I have a pocket full of those things already :D I am after the actual horn cover (chrome) about 3 1/2" round that covers the bolts that keep the wheel on.

Thanx Ted. Mr. Pearson hooked me up with those fellas a while back. I haven't bought one yet. I just thought that the original off of A DONZI would "feel" better. If it doesn't work out I will definately buy the Grant one.
Thanx again :)

So if you peel off another sticker from the same base as used with the 70's donzies, and then apply a NOS Donzi steering sticker to that same base, you would feel uncomfortable about originality? :eek!::banghead::banghead::banghead:

well, I was also thinking that with your wood working skills, couldn't you make a nice plug out of the same wood as the throttle handle, then drill a circular depression in the center of that, just deep and wide enough to drop in a round Donzi, enammaled key fob badge? That might even look better than stock.
I've seen these key ring badges before and they look great. Can't find one on the Net right now......
Also, with that carrabiner And Float on you key set, it begs the David Letterman question of, "Will it float?"
