Had a super run out to Claudios Sat met up with Mike & Eleanore (Mlearner) ran with them in his teal and white 18 which looks like a mini Dr. Dan. Stopped by Claudios and as usual had a bugger finding a spot among the big boats, ended up rafting Mike off of mine. The place was loaded with hot boats including a BIG Donzi with Big scoops and what looked to be #6 drives looked to be close to 40 feet spoke briefly across the canal to owner but lost him in the croud.
We are getting together again later today, so atleast a couple of Donzis will be cranking around Shelter Island and Greenport. Been racking lots of time on the Blue Beast, the ride and handling is super, ran the 17 miles home at 45 on top of 3 foot chop it was amazing and dry. Used to be bone crushing and soggy in my 16 at 20-25.
