Impressions of '98 Merc 7.4L LX EFI??? NEED ADVICE

Hey guys, I am wondering if I could get any impressions on this motor. I am looking at a used '98 Donzi ZX with stepped hull an was wondering how the performance/durability of this motor stacks up with other motors. Does anyone know if this was the stock motor that came with a '98 ZX, it appears the HP rating is 330, any estimate of what cruise/WOT would be.

FYI, I had a 22Z before but needed more power!!
