I am restoring a St Tropez. It is gutted, NO motor, out drive, trans plate, trailer and sitting in a back yard. I would like to know the best way I can keep it from going with IVAN if he comes by.

If you can seal the transom, the fill the boat with water. If you cannot, you might try filling up a zillion garbage bags inside the boat with water and tying them off so they don't leak. Just an idea, although I am sure there are better ones forthcoming. Good luck in the storm.

That a good ideal. And yes the transo is open.

suggest you block your trailer at the frame so the weight of the water is not on the tires, springs and axle.

Or you could give it to me as none of my boats EVER move anywhere

That's good Lenny but the drive is to far.

Plus I still looking for the numbers on it.
