There have been so many stories about people abusing dogs lately in my area. Latest is a guy who kidnapped his neighbors dog, duct taped its mouth shut, chained it to a tree for 4 days, and was caught after returing it and beating it with a shovel. Hope he gets jail time. Dog should be ok.
