I'm down to a final epoxy glassing of the gussets I installed a while ago. All the fabric is cut and ready for epoxy. Still have to foam in the tank and gel coat the inside.

Here's a pic of "yours truly" in "feels like" 100+ degrees of Florida heat. This was just prior to grinding the gussets and cutting the last layer of heavy glass.

Later that same day, I drilled a hole in the transom to drain the hull after her first day @ the carwash where I cleaned the hull of grinding dust. Did I mention how much I love to grind in August in direct sunlight?

...Anyway, progress is slow, but will make it oneday soon...

...Save the snide comments Poodle ;) (just kiddin :) )

Holy smokes Cuda! You are a tougher man than I. :)

Even with the suit, my ankles itched for 2 days.

Nate, nice work.
Three years and counting.
Suppose you might be retired when it's finished?

I did all this back in March and April.
It was a little cooler, but it still itched for weeks.
Good luck! :) :lightning

I guess it's my alligator skin from all the years in the Florida sun that rendered me immune to fiberglass itch! Debating right now whether to work on the boat or go boating today.
