Anyone familiar with Magnum Sedans? I may have the opportunity to pick one up and was interested in weight, beam, and what type of interior it has. It's 27 feet and has twin 454s. I believe it was built in the mid 80's. Thanks

---------Some of the guys may teach me a thing or two, but I would have thought two 454s would be quite a squeeze for a 27 sedan. It has the same beam as a 27 sport and with small blocks there aint alot of room left over. Should make for an interesting, if slightly tail-heavy, ride............Bill S

A couple of years ago I was looking at a few boats and Brownie was kind enough to pass on some information to help me reach any decision. One was a 28' Cig w/ 2 BBC's. I had remarked how how low the tail sat in the water. The boat literally sat with over a third of the Cigarette #1 logo in the water. He related a story that when they first showed the 28 w/ big blocks in the water he was getting calls from friends telling him his new boat was sinking at the dock.

The buyer was never intended to change the plugs. That was left to the guy that bought the boat after the forced sale via divorce of the first owner. :)
