Well I just completed a HARD run in the 33ZX this weekend.
I am very satisfied and impressed with the boat, for what we have, our back yard is no picnic after a hurricane.
Doc, BVERD be glad you did not come, it was brutal.
The ocean run was 3's and 4's and some I am scared to guess, in fact we landed so hard one time the Gaffrig depth gauge shattered and flew into a bunch of pieces! All that was left was the LED in a big dash hole, yet the LED still worked!
That was at 55-60MPH.... Oh, and lets not forget the glass microwave tray, or the cans of soda that exploded! LOL
100 miles, all gelcoat in tact, boat ran flat, like a brick **** house, we ran 5th or 6th to over 50 boats.
5 lost drives, a 38 Cig TG had one completely ripped off the transom of the boat! DAMN!
I behaved for once, 55-60 in the ocean and 70 in the bay, my hands were full working the planes, drive etc.
A GREAT run and GREAT weekend.
Pictures to follow, video too, I sure have shiney props on video! Beep Beep......................
