How many Amps?

How big a fuse should I run for an electric choke? It's an Edelbrock 1409. Thanks

I don't know anybody that fuses that lead. Nor have I ever seen a factory done deal like that either, it's usually just a 16g hot source, it really carries no load.

Buizilla, I thought the same thing. I just rebuilt my Hollys and had no fuse on the choke. My guess is that there is only a slight charge going to the choke.

Measure what it draws for current with an ammeter and fuse it for 1.5-2x the actual current draw.
