I am selling my 1997 Merc. Bravo 1 lower unit. I am replacing it with a IMCO shortie. This lower unit has approx. 85 hours on it. It works great and is guaranteed to meet your expectations or a full refund will be given. It has the 1" standard prop shaft. It does not come with the prop. I am looking for a fair price for the unit. The lower skeg is missing a 1' piece off the tip. My Mercruiser mechanic says to leave it alone beacause it was ther to protect the prop and it does not affect the handling. This unit did not hit anything in the water, I managed to break it off when my torque wrench slipped out of my hands when putting a prop on the boat.
If you have any questions, you can reach me at 303-478-2679.

Don, I am not sure if it will bolt to your '88 case. I would contact BAM marine to find out at 954-545-8681. The IMCO shortie is going to cost me $3,024 plus shipping.

Nice looking tabs in the picture too - Victories? How do you like them over the Bennetts?

Sorry to get off topic....

I like the Victory tabs, but probably more for their looks. They do the job and they look like a $1,000 bucks.

Thanks
