Original 350 with Volvo 280, original Rocket trailer, hull all original, deck has been painted. Boat is in good turn key shape but the purist would want to do a resto. I bought at beginning of year but have had some career changes and no longer have the time to play with 2 Donzi’s. I did a tune up and detail job on the engine as well as have one of the exhaust logs welded. It had glued in carpet that I took out and cleaned the floor clear of the adhesive. As it sits now it needs the 2 front seat frames. Upholstery is in usable shape but again not perfect. Trailer has new tires.

$6900

**I will be getting some pics of it by the beginning of next week(7/6).**

It's got to be Lenny...i think he said awhile back he wanted the real thing and not what he was creating. Sounds like another adventure for the Van.. :crossfing

be making an encore appearance?

Alert customs and buy NAPA stock, they're coming from BC yet again!

Space Food needs to be purchased, Logistics still in the works, ..and yes...the LEM WILL be on the prowl again once we dig it out of the bush.

Napa stock is a STRONG BUY.

Wish i was going South 2500 miles but East will do.

Save me some beer.

See ya soon :D

(for those that don't know what the LEM is, it is a 1975 GMC pop top van, nothing works, no air, barely a motor and we store it in the bush and bring it out and insure it for special occasions. A roadside MAJOR means we abandon it then and there. This is a special occasion)

Lenny; Are you taking the Trans Canada, or, the cheaper gas route? If you go Trans Canada, you have to pass through TO, which means a free dinner and a ride in my Criterion. Ohio is only a hop, skip, and a jump from TO. Maybe 7 hrs. or so...Ed

Lenny,

I'd be glad to go down to Cincy. Pick-up the X and bring it up to Madcow for you. Even if you'd like it sooner, I could save you a few hours driving. Just let me know.

So Lenny - are you starting a West Coast / Canadian Donzi museum?

What is that now? 16, GT, X-18, and the how many 1-off projects? I guess an 18C and 22 are not far behind?

Formula Junior as well. :D

I would LOVE to get a 502 22 Classic but the money isn't there right now (or anytime soon)

I sent you $1K US and it is NON-refundable if I %uck up. You should get it on Tues or so next week. Take care. Working on logistics and time frames :)
I will probably get Scott Boldts to tow it to Roadtrips if possible. (after it is payed for)

Does the trailer have a VIN and make model showing on it? Otherwise I will call it a homebuilt. I have thought about having you sell it and I bring my Rolls Axle down. Do you think it is worth anything once in Michigan?

Scotty, we'll have to talk offline about this soon. I REALLY appreciate the offer and will pay you for the service. I assume this also means you are going to be at Madcow?

Congrats Lenny!!! Now...just because you are a Nationwide Donzi gathering traveler does not mean that you can let these beautiful boats of yours sit up there and remain hidden from your local NW Donzi Brethren.... I think I'm going to start working on some-sort of fall gathering, just so we can see the new addition.

Isn't that a little risky buying an old boat sight unseen off of the Internet? Why would anyone ever take that kind of a risk  ;) ;)

Formula Junior as well...

Well geez, where / when did you get that? Didn't scarf up Owen's did you?

You know Cinnci is not that far from K-town. I could pick up the X-boat and be sure all of the kinks are worked out prior to you taking delivery

Yes, planning to be at MADCOW Friday the 23rd morning. Not sure if I'm staying until Sunday, but that's my plan as of now.

If possible and you want me to bring the boat up for you, I'd like to pick it up the weekend before MADCOW. Saves me a couple hours Friday morning.

Send me a note at scott@mwdonziclub.com and let me know your plans.

GREAT PICS !!! Wow, now I am getting even more excited :D ... Now, to just get to Ol' Reds ASAP and put down the

Thanx for the pics Byron :)

And here is a pic of the X seats from Bilt-Rite. He is about 3-4 weeks away from having the glass ones ready he said. I don't have a price yet but I am sure it is better than me tooling up for a half dozen. Contact him if you need some as I am a couple of months away from having these ready and if the price is right I probably won't ever.
