Seems he has taken over the engine compartment on the 16. He likes to keep his old beer cans and tropical leaves here as well as lounge around in all the bad water full of mosquito larvae At least someones happy.

He's just in the "fetch me a beer while I'm working on this restoration" mode. Once he's fully trained, reconstruction will begin in earnest. No point in starting until all assistants have been quailfied.
