I have a 1988 Z-21(454) Bravo One. I need to find a Shifter Yoke to repair my outdrive. Apparently this is a hard part to find because it has been upgraded or it comes with a package. Can you guys help me out here?? Or do you think it would be better to buy a rebuilt outdrive?? How much does that cost and where do I find this??

Poodle while you are here any good deals on trim tabs??
There's a guy on a lot of the boards called Martiniboat that is making replacements for Bennet tabs that look more like K planes.

Dain, If anybody knows where to get one, it wold be MadPoodle. You might be better off with a remanufactured Bravo 1.
I called Gary King, yesterday and left a message to see if he had one. I'll call you today, if it's a "yes".

Donzidain,
Yesterday, you stated that the repair was going to be around $2,000. That's why I suggested a rebuild Bravo. Seems that an under $100 part might be the answer. Why the $2,000 estimate?

I was incorrect in my estimate. I figured if I was going to pay $1,000 to have it repaired.... I should just buy a rebuilt outdrive. It should not be that expensive now. Madpoodle has found the part that I need.
