Whew.....500lb monkey just got off my back.....I was worried about insurance for my new 22 Classic, being the strapping young buck that I am. First few qoutes were for more than a grand/year. So finally after some more shopping ended up with the rates to choose from

State Farm - $480/yr

United Marine Underwriters - $500/yr

Progressive - $560/yr

All with same amounts of coverage.

1k a year quotes were pissin me off...glad I found these..

I switched from Progressive to Statefarm on the 28ZX and saved over $700 PER YEAR.

Let's see, that's about 3/4 of a tank of gas, hmmmm... :frown:

A heads up..

I have both home owners & auto thru allstate. They are by far the most reasonable price wise...I than asked about insure on my 74' Ski Sporter and got a quote of $275.00 that covers me up to 12k.

Hope that helps,

KJ
