Bigger prop ?

I was wondering what you guys thought. I have had the boat twice it [22' Classic]runs 5400 rpm. Looks like a Quicksilver 13706 A40 25P prop. The guy I bought the boat from didn't try any other props.

First I would borrow a shop tach and check yours to see if if yours os reading true, 5,400 with a 25 that boat must be hauling. Being an old wrench I like to see the RPM below but kissing 5K light. Over 5K most outdrives are not happy and tend to expire early. If the tach is reading Ok you need to got to 27" that would keep things in order.
