Beautiful boat;no doubt about that but I do have one question. Why would someone spend so much time, money and effort to build such an awesome machine only to have run it for 28 hours?
Does anyone know how the boat runs? What is that boat worth?
The hours thing is easily explained, a lot of the guys work hard and long. Then build great play toys for the stolen time off, there are quite a few boats that only get a few weekends and some Donzi events. I for one work 7 days during the season selling holes in the water, in 4 years I put 76 hours on mine but put hundreds on sport fish and water cottages(MY's). Its all in perspective! Work hard Play Hard! :bonk:

I have Ted's previous 18 Classic and just have to say the workmanship is excellent. If anyone wants a killer boat, this 22 would be a good one.

I called the number in the ad, the reserve is set somewhere around $40K, the guy I talked to said it will do 90 MPH, he was not the owner but seemed to know about it.

I have seen this boat in person, and at that price it is a steal.
Here are some video's.

Thanks guys, I miss it a lot!
M.O.P hit the nail on the head, never enough time to play.
The hours are correct.....as you guys know I almost never put it in the water. I am a weirdo I guess and enjoy building things just as much as using them.
Seeing the pics now........I kinda wish I never let it go! :frown:
That goes for the 18 as well!

Ted,
Do you have any knowledge of why he is selling it?
Since the hours have not really changed I would suspect stained shorts!
