I was rear ended on I-35 a couple of weeks ago by a Ford Excursion. I drive a F-150. We were all slowing down and the Excursion didn't quite stop until after he nailed me.
I hopped out and the first thing I checked was my Donzi receiver cover. The guy must have thought I was nuts. In the 2 seconds it took for me to get the back of the truck, I was already thinking how his insurance company was going to fix it!!
In the end everything was OK. His big tie downs that stick out the bumper just gave me a couple of big divots in my bumper. No biggie.
