I noticed on the site that it allows any OB engine by any mfgr. Is that stock motor, or are mods allowed and if so, what limitations on mods? Don't have a boat to enter, just curious.

Any Engine, with or without mods. That is how they will run for this year unless it gets out of hand. The associations have the right to reel in the speeds if necessary, for Safety reasons...
