While doing a drive service I found a flapper in the bottom of the Y pipe. Found the other 3/4ths the way down on the other side.
I am sure they were restricting the exhaust flow.
I made a hinge out of a 3" x 1/4" bolt. Ground the end down to fit in the previous hole and made a plastic bushing for the threaded end.
