Info wanted on a 1967 16' (my baby)

Can anyone tell me the history of these boats? I have one with a volvo 8 cyl in/outboard engine. I know these boats are right around 200 hp where mine is, but can anyone enlighten me as to the history, rarity, popularity, and perhaps specs of her?
