-----That is a seriously good looking X-18! With that said, the hatch treatment is not the same as my original big-block X-18. Not that it matters but the boat probably started life as a 280/TRS combo.
-----If the boat is as clean as it looks I think its worth the money all day long.........Bill S

Damn,
I was just up at Tahoe last weekend looking for a home.
Although I'll probably be back up again next week.

Matty, You can gamble just a few minutes from where the boat is located. Either Reno or South Shore Tahoe.
The casinos took most of my money last week. :kaioken:

Here's the latest...

To my knowledge it was always a big block, I'm told the original was a 454. I have found no indications that it has
been modified in any way. It was built with the TRS drive. The green is paint, the white is gel coat (original),
the original color appears to be blue. It was green when I got it.

Here is another pic. If it was black I would be all over it!!

I think Buizilla should add it to his stable of pristine black and white Donzis. What do you say Jim? Roadtrip?

Probably been covered before, but what is the difference between a Classic 18 and a X18? They look very similar to a Donzi novice like myself.

Its GREEN!
Dang, I thought it was black. :(

MAC,
the deck is the only difference, if you notice that the area in frot of the dash rises up slightly to a "windscreen effect"
And the very back of the transom flips up like a little spoiler.

I got the pics about the same time Lenny did. As a matter of fact he called me right before he posted them. Thanks man.

It does appear to be some sort of deep Jaguar green. Take a look at the engine shot and you'll see it.

I was fired up about black, because that would have got it by the CFO. Her boat after all...

ok so the eyes are going ;)
but at least it is not Gucci green

see that throws the plans off, if it was black I was gonna bet the farm on the roulette table on black!!! or the whole wad on 18 at 35:1

still a very nice ride fairly priced

I thought the Donzis of that vintage had port-side helms. Why is this one on starboard?

If it was moved, this would be a significant modification... Were there any starboard helms on X-18s?

I remember looking for the steering wheel in Poodles boat when he had a certain 4 blade prop on it!!

Look........ I am holding the invisowheel in the photo!
