Started a new thread so as not to step on the Dora thread..

- I guess the question I was asking is what made the LE umm.. limitted. The entire X line was a pretty short run. Was this boat offered with different power.. a different drive... ? Emboidered seats, decals, and a dash plate seem more like items to point out a boat is a limitted edition, not the items that make it a limitted edition- but I could be wrong in my thinking.

How many of the Xs were LEs?

According to Jim, there were only 10 made. I think it was only marketing.

My 18 is not an X boat. It's an '87 LE. I have yet to find out the exact number made, whether they made 25 TOTAL LE's in ALL 3 sizes, OR... 25 of each of the 3 sizes. I meant to ask Buddman yesterday while we were trolling the isles of Walmart, but forgot...anybody really know?
