I am a new donzi owner although always was a Donzi lover. I purchased a Classic sweet 16 1995 with a 305 engine (I think). Was wondering what the best prop for speed would be, but still want to be able to take my daughters skiing behind the boat. Any ideas out there? And prices?

I had a '95 model with a 305 as well, and it had the 19" Vengeance prop on it. Decent prop, but needed to bring my revs down. I hained a couple mph with a 21" Turbo 1 and also improved it's handling. If you have the stock 19" prop, it'll probably be ok for skiing.
Turbo 1 props run about $295 from a certain prop shop.

I run 24 Turbo on my 16 5.0/240efi, the rpm at wot is 4900 and the speedo
reads 62/63.mph, GPS ??? I have never pulled a skier with this prop however.
I have also run a 23 pitch but it would hit the rev limiter at WOT. I would think your original 19 would be great for skiing and thats about it.I bought
my Turbo prop from Dans Discount Props and paid $294. I'm very happy
with it's performance and improved handling. 800 573 5533.

With my 350 sixteen Gen ll combo I ran a 22' Turbo. That prop gave me 4800-5000 rpm and a top speed of 65 mph. This spring I will have to start the process all over again due to the addittion of an Alpha SS. Keep in mind every boat is different and each day will bring you different results depending on weather, water cond, and boat load. I can tell you thiss before I settled on the Turbo I tried several props. I bet if you ask around here you can find a few props to try out before you buy.
