Help! Are there any computer experts out there that can tell me what is going on - please?

:confused: Here is what happens on my computer when I try to go to Donzi's web site. I always get this:

We can't find "www.donzimarine.com"

I only have the problem with this computer, and I am not behind a firewall, or at least I don't think that is the problem because I can go anywhere else (like here) without a problem. This has been going on for a long long time and it is extremely frustrating. - Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. An idea that fixes the problem would be even more appreciated. - Thanks in advance.
(And I tried to register the domain name just for fun, but it said Donzi already has it. - then show it to me! :mad: )

are you sure about the fire wall?? and as I thought the link works for me so the site is not down , but you do get a pop up screen as soon as you log on for the new donzi shop maybe some kind of pop up blocker on that pc

www.donziracing.com works OK. the other link gave me the same error. This is the weirdest thing. And, I get pop-up adds on other sites with no problem (whether I want them or not).

my last stab at this , i'm stumped
the site is using adobe go live 6, do you have adobe reader on that machine??
it is a long shot, but something is keeping the page from loading and then it times out??
what version browser are you using??
some one will have an answer

Do a quick check to see if the DNS is resolving correctly:

1. Click Start, Run, type in command and press enter
This brings you to a dos prompt

2. Type ping www.donzimarine.com
You should see a message that says:
Pinging www.donzimarine.com [66.147.35.44] with 32 bytes of data:
followed by 4 lines of request timed out.

The important thing to verify is that it is reporting back 66.147.35.44
If you are getting back any other address it means your computer is not attempting to log on to the correct web server and we need to verify that an incorrect static entry is not in your configuration file.

Thanks for the help. I did what you said and it reported back the following:

Pinging donzimarine.com (204.117.207.162) with 32 bytes of data:

Reply from 207.30.14.94: Destination net unreachable.
Request timed out.

and the statistics for 204.117.207.162:
Packets: Sent = 4, Received - 2, Lost = 2

I then did ping 66.147.35.44, I got 4 straight Request Timed out messages.

What does that mean?
