Donzi 26ZX, with procharger

Does anyone know how fast a 26ZX Donzi is with a 454 MPI(310) stock? And how fast the boat would be with a 5 psi Procharger or 7psi if it can handle it. Thanks

There is a guy on OSO that has a 502 with the Vortch Extreme supercharger running high 70's. Are you sure the boat has the 310hp 454 or the 385hp 454??

I don't know of any 310hp 26ZX's. I would doubt that is the factory motor.
And if it is earlier than a '99 it will be a V hull vice step.
Stock 454 (385hp) I say 62ish as 502 is 65ish GPS.
Can you get the motor ID number to run a check online?

The boat is a 1999 step bottom 26ZX, with a 454 MPI 310 hp, bryan call my cell 1-302-249-1595. Guys I know my motors, and boats. I also thought is was kinda strange to see in a 26ZX

I've have not heard of 99 454 MPI makeing 310 hp. I thought all the 310 hp 454s ran carbs. I would really look into this with Mercruiser because if you have a 454 MPI Mag a suppercharger should work well, this motor has a stout bottom end. If it's 310 hp 454 I do not think it's worth effort. Also how many hours are on the motor?

There is a guy here in omaha that has a 26zx with a Vortec. Last year he ran an 84mph downstream in the shootout on the Missouri river. Take a couple mph away for the down stream but he was moving. I had a 1998 28zx with a 454 mag (385) and a whipple with 6psi and i went 78.5mph down stream

I believe the 7.4 MPI (not mag) made 310hp or is it 340 HP. Not sure but that is what is in the boat. Checking on hull # now.

Get the hull# and call Donzi for data on how she was built, they have records on '99's, trust me.
