454 MAG EFI Question?, rockers, crossover

I am planning on installing roller rockers, and a crossover system on my 1999 454 Mag EFI. Has anyone ever installed these parts, and did you have any performance increases. I am planning on installing the new Hardin marine crossover system, CP performance sell it, it is made to work with stock belt system. The rockers I was looking at were the Crane gold 1.7 ratio rockers, I have a stock cam, do they make a bolt down type higher ratio rocker rather then the adjustable ones, I hate having to adjust them. I tried high ratio rocker years back they did give a decent boost, there should be a slight gain in performance from a crossover by eliminating the pump.
