Is this a v drive or an I/O? What about using the Merc transom mount pickup??
this is a i/o not much room on the transom with the drive and trim tabs.

Scott,
The pickup I have was from your bud at Intense Marine and it measures 3" X 6" with a 1 1/4" threaded thru hull. I think it is a Stainless Marine product.
It fit easily between the outdrive and the stringer.

the water pickup on my 16 is thru the hull starboard rear between the inner and outer strake i believe , if you really want I can measure it but it would mean laying down in the snow and unwrapping her! It has a shut off valve then goes to a flush valve then is connected to the crank driven jabsco pump. let me know if you need measurements

I don't understand, if you have a water pickup on your drive (I/O) then why a raw water pick-up? I can understand if it is a V-drive or inboard but I don't get it?...

Good question Lenny

Mr Magic,
sorry it took so long but today was a nice balmy 40 degrees and I could get to the boat.

I was way off, the pickup is just on the starboard side of the bottom of the hull( the rounded keel) about 2 inches from the center of the keel and 16 and 1/4 inches from the transom
hope that helps good luck

Here it is on ebay. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2461056342&ssPageName=ADME:B:LC:MT:1

Anybody that wants one of these here on this list do not buy it from me thru ebay. Send me a personal check (no ebay or paypal fees = savings) to Tom Lang 714 Stillwater Dr. Augusta, GA 30907 for $30 and I will ship it to you including shipping. It will arrive to you in a USPS Flat Rate Priority envelope. Today I only have one of these! I will be getting more in but that will take 10 days so be patient. I will also bring some of these as well as most everything else you see in my ebay store to the Mt. Dora show March 25-28. Show prices are, as a general guide, 10% or more less than ebay with of course no shipping fees, cash and carry.
