recently acquired in parts in NH . . . will be on Winni in time

apparently the hull is in good shape, but the mechanicals are out of it . .

Am I correct to assume that this would be a triple hatch barrel back . . ???

Must be a rare combo?

SAWEEEEET!!!

there is one on the st. clair river also... ask Ol Red about it... i believe he has the lowdown...

hope the powerplant is intact! Donzi went from triple hatch to single hatch sometime in 67 i believe...

If you need motor parts, etc.. i believe voodoocanoe had a couple of center oilers lying in the barn as of a couple of years ago... i WAS interested due to the wow factor one would make in the 64 cyclone ;)

Great aquisition!

I guess I should clarify, as much as I wanted to . . . .

I did not buy this, heard about it today and will try to get the new owner onto the site.

feeling like I missed out!

All of the barrelback V-drives I've heard about have been of the single hatch variety. Triple hatches ended sometime in July of '66.
Tell your from welcome from us on the forum, and ask him to contact me so I might enter his info in the barrelback database.
The cool factor of the v-drive is certainly up there, and they are just about bulletproof, but they tend to ride a bit wet. Probably better suited to the big block than a small block. I think I'd prefer the trimability of the stern drive.
