I have been working on a tribute to Thunderboat Row and all the wonderful things that transpired there. I choose to ignore the bad things. I have designed and sculpted a medallion for the dashboards or wherever for the boats built there . Any boat built by a company that which was founded or operated there is a logical site for one of these medallions.

I have attached a picture which doesn't do the piece justice. It is absolutely beautiful. Done in brass, silver or gold plate, they come in a velour bag in little box. They are 3 1/2" x 2 1/4", and solid.

They will be available at the Miami show, in the Stainless Marine booth. They are sequentially numbered, and numbers may be reserved by calling me at Stainless Marine, 305-681-7893, or email: brownie@stainlessmarine.com. My cell phone is 305-332-7611. There is also a walnut plaque available. Price is $100 ea.

Allan,

What a great idea !

Are they $100 regardless af material ? And .. is the one described as 'silver'
plated really silver ? I like the colour of silver best in the selection offered but in the marine environment I'll be polishing it forever..chrome is more my thing !

I could be in for 2 .

Thanks/Steve

Yes, they are sterling silver plated. The most hardy is the brass with the coating that comes with it.
