On Friday night check out Monster Garage, Jessie and his band of monster mechanics flip a 502 19' Ultra tunnel hull and make a racecar out it. Jessie has to run the Ultra 90mph first, 600' rooster tail. Check it out on TLC. He races another Ultra in a land sea battle, but I do not want to blow the ending.

Most of the "boat-cars" I've seen are super cheezy, but this one looks great! Good idea flipping it upside down. The end result is much better. Kinda reminds me of my old "Splittin' Image" Hot Wheels car.
Speaking of How Wheels cars, anybody catch "Rides" on TLC this week? Chip Foose built a full size "Deora II". Life, imitating art, paying homage to art, imitating life!!!

The helicopter pilot/turbine guy is from Brockville Ontario, in the heart of the 1000 Islands. He and his brother are the 2 wunderkid engineers who built the turbine powered Skater MyWay II.
