Scot - you're not getting much response to this so let me just tell you. A buddy and I tried ice fishing once and decided it was just too much work.It took us five hours just to cut a hole in the ice big enough for the boat.

Ice+fishing=contradiction in terms :)

That is exactly the reason my brother moved here about 20 years ago. He was ice fishing and fell through the ice. He was in upper NY State.

CAUTION THAT WILL NOT WORK!!!!

Don't put the little house over the hole!!
When you see a fish (that takes a long time)and you drop the Dynamite in the hole. Woah! If the little house holds together you just launched it.

We finally figured it out, the little house is to keep the glare off the hole(when your lookin for fish). When you see a fish you drop in your Dynamite, run outside and push "the shack" to the next spot, thus the skids.

Too hard to gather fish!
I rather chase a Squirrel down.
