Chrker got his boat back and they fixed everything he complained about. He did not bother to post that because he was still not happy.

I suggest that everyone who has bought new one and loves it go to the following url and post how much they like their boat.

Funny running across that law suit. The dealer who sold the boat is a friend and I told him that he still has pics of his daughter and boat posted all over the net.. Was searching to print it out for him and found the complaint... Should make for some fun ribbing over beer on Friday.

If he would have bought the real deal, and gone for the Z series, or, the classic then all that he would be complaining about is the fact that he never wants to get off his boat. Like most of the people I know that own Donzi's, he would attempt to sleep in the floor board of the boat. Possibly even leave his wife if it came to the choice of her, or, the Donzi. Imagine how much he would be complaining if he bought a Bayliner instead.... :p eek! :p
