Does anyone have a clue when this winter is going to end? I am feeling the urge to curl up in the fetal poss. and scream "Ok, I give" 56" of snow so far! At least I finally know why people move south... frown

I don't know what you are talking about, it is beautiful out there today. It's in the mid-70's I'm wearing shorts and a short sleeve shirt.

Although they are under a pair of long johns 2 sweaters, and a pair of jeans eek!

Donnie, Dude that is just harsh! My sister just moved back from Florida and I told her she was not permitted to bitch about the weather!

Boxy, I can't even imagine what it is like, they would have to put me in a padded room, or in a hot tub with the Donzi girls!

Since this morning I have booked a trip to Florida on April 4th for ten days, I can't wait! :D

Terry, I'm with ya man! I brought my Donzi home today to start getting her ready for the upcoming summer. It's good to see my other girl back home again!

I thought winter was over. I have been out on the boat several times in the last 2 weeks.

This winter HAS been harsh, even in Texas (though we can't say much when you guys talk about 56" of snow!!!!!!!!!!)

Have to say we enjoyed an awesome eveing last night with Riverrat, Harbormaster, JimG and wives. We took the "barge" out at dusk to throw Mardi Gras beads at the local waterfront land-lubbers. We were in a procession of about 30 cruisers, all throwing beads at the annual "Yachti-Gras" parade. A good time was had by all, and the lake was like GLASS. Wish I had my Donzi, but we won't get her back here from Minnesota for another ten looooong days!

Hopefully you all (y'all) up north will thaw out soon and preserve your sanity, hang in there!!
