Did someone say custom?

That's what I'm all about! I work in all mediums and happen to be the most 'anal' person you will ever meet when it comes to boats.(or anything actually eek! ) I'd be happy to give you a quote.

P.S. I see you're from Maryland. I once did a custom stainless steel holding tank for the gentleman who owns Fastboats.info. His Cig is called American Beauty and no truer words could be spoken, it is a thing of beauty. Who knows, maybe you've seen that boat out on the Bay. http://www.donzi.net/photos/schitztank.jpg

Now here's something a litle more 'glamourous' than a holding tank. These bolster supports are fabricated from aluminum in the shape of...well, you know... :D http://www.donzi.net/photos/martinibolsters1.jpg

I used to absolutely dread the times when someone had to hand me the anchor over my plexiglass windscreen.

After building these anchor hatches it's all smooth sailing! No more thoughts (or chances) of that anchor accidentally scratching something in the cockpit area. The anchor now stays where it should...up front! I left the hatches in their natural stainless form for picture clarity but I think I will powdercoat them in the future to blend them in with the deck a little better.

It also doubles as coolie storage for those water volleyball events! http://www.donzi.net/photos/boatpic45.jpg

Here's another angle of the custom aluminum lettering also seen in my avatar. The original was a decal but I wanted something a little more unique. http://www.donzi.net/photos/bp43.jpg It was fabricated from 3/8" stock and sports the 'fresh from the milling machine' look. The sides are painted the same colour as the hull. It really looks cool in person.

And last but not least, the Victory trim tab line. All stainless construction, powdercoated, sturdily built, priced right and highly functional! http://www.donzi.net/photos/Donzitabs2.jpg

Ok....heres the story. Thanks Craig for posting these. I still have to figure out how to do that.
The dash isnt finished yet. Its all ruff and being fitted. The dash itself still needs to be polished and then cleared. Not sure if I'm going to add orange dye to clear to make dash look anodized. The gauge bezels are going to be painted orange also.

The dash was made all on a CNC machine. The LOGO is a small ball milling and the other is larger ball milling. There is TONS of work that went into this thing I dont even want to count the hours that went into the programing. About 6-8 more hours into the polishing and clearing still also.

Glad you guys like it....Its one of a kind!

Not trying in any way to pour water on your fire, believe me, but, what I am saying is, there is a lions' share of talent running rampant here as well. This is intended in a kind spirited way so don't take it wrong...
Bring on your talent and pour it into the pool!!!

as a side note the pumpkin is a great bargaining chip when negotiating a Donzi purchase! you use the Crocodile Dundee method.

I liked Scott's so much I had to design one similar.

Here is the dash that I laid out in Autodcad.I'm having fabricated for my Donzi 18 project. It is being cut into 1/4" Bronze, and will be brushed nickle plated.
There will be studs welded onto the back so I can fasten it from behind.
Hopefully it will be finished this week.
