Our family pet is "Brandi" a three year old Golden Ret. she is a part of our family, Like a kid in almost every way ( except: never ask for money, allways does what we say, ect..). She also is so smart, We have a teenage son who is diebetic and if he fails to watch his blood sugar at night, he sometimes will fall into a diebetic coma. Brandi will allways come to the other end of the house and get Janet. Some how she knows things are not right, Janet will rush and get some O.J. or honey in him, and then give Brandi a big hug. We never thought that a dog could be such a big part of our lives, but she has.

Yellow Lab. Simba. She gets very excited when she sees the Donzi in the driveway. I think she can smell the water. She sits up and starts getting crazy as we get close. She also loves rafting up with other boats. She will hop from one boat to the other wagging her tail.

Isn't CDMA Pearson's pet college student? or is he Geoo's? Maybe he belongs to Bertram Boy & Donzi Di? Do you all share custody?

Hey Cliff I hate to break it to you but there is no way I belong to you and Di. Maybe just Di. :) :)

They call me mini-Pearson/Geoo/Cliff. I want my boats to look like Scott's, go like George's, and ummmm...eat like Cliff's???

I have a pet.....peeve. It is the misuse of apostrophes. :p :p

"Topic: PET'S ? What kind of pet do you have. "

The apostrophe just doesn't belong there.

The beasts keep watch over their lair – no cat, squirrel, mouse, bug, nor flower bed is safe from the Jack Russell....

I've had dogs, birds, fish, various rodents, and a cat. Currently I'm down to a 5' Ball python. It was a Father's Day gift from my daughter 12 years ago. What was she thinking? Oops, 'scuse me; got to go feed Monty another rat! :p

I got one of these...

http://www.donzi.net/photos/lgreen801.jpg

Currently at 108 pounds, 16 months old, absolutely friendly, but with a keen sense of what is going on around him. If your "nice" (and real) so is he. If you are a "poller" looking for votes in an upcoming civic or Provincial Election, or someone looking to convert me to some religion and wandering around neighbourhoods on a Sunday,...he is not. If my music is too loud or my lifestyle too much for you to tollerate as a neighbour, or the motocross bike running around the property is annoying you?...he won't like you :D

Very cool DOG. Always seems to smell like the bottom of my boots tho...

Here is my Donzi guard dog "Bud". He is an awesome dog. He especially likes Canadians. He thinks he is a human being. he is a Doberman/Rott mix. I got him from the SPCA when he was 11 months old.
He is 6 yrs old now.

Harbormaster, was it that dog that was afraid of water?

Yes, After having a lab mix who loved the water, it was really disappointing.

This is Toby. He is a 14 month old black lab and loves the water. We don't yet know if he is a boat dog but we're hoping. We also have Lucy, a 16 year old beagle mix from the pound who hates water in all forms. She's even carefull to not splash when she drinks.

This is Reba and Christopher. Reba sleeps with Chris every night and other than the fact that she will run like the wind if you so much as leave the door open a crack or bury her treats in your bed, she's a really sweet dog. She even tolerates our 17 month old's poking and prodding. Donnie bought her when she was just a baby and she's now 8 1/2 years old.

All I have are a couple of cats. They were both "rescued" cats. I guess someone didnt want them, so i got stuck. Its cool enough, i'm out of the house for about 14 hours when i'm at work, and they're pretty good at taking care of themselves. I wouldn't trade them for anything. Black one is Jennie, and the little one is NoName...yep, I couldn't think of a name and called her that, and it stuck. http://www.donzi.net/photos/jmcgary16.jpg

Here are my three babies. The two white ones are both male pitbull/cur dog mix from the same litter. They will be four years old next month. The lab is a female, she will be 4 in April.

Spot, one of the white dogs, can also sense something wrong physically with someone. I have a freind who works for me that has seizures, and when he is about to have one, or has just had one, Spot won't leave him. Debbie also has a son with who is Autistic. I think Spot also senses something wrong with his brain waves. When he is with us (he lives in a full time facility) Spot will stay with him. Kyle will pull his ears and generally aggravate him, and when Spot has had enough, he will grab Kyle's hand and hold it in his mouth, but he won't hurt him.

Here's my baby. She is an English Foxhound. Her name is Stripe (because she has spots). Unfortunately she is no longer with us but I will always have her in my heart.

Here's my dog, Kitty. She's supposed to be a Rhodesian Ridgeback, but she's more like a "Rhodesian Ridgenose." Her snout sports her ridge, rather than her back...

This is Sam - purebred yellow lab. Loves to go out to the islands, chase birds and swim. Likes to go sloooow in the boat so he can stand on engine deck - real babe hound.

http://www.donzi.net/photos/PWidoff002.jpg

This is Mo. Found him abandoned on the Interstate between 1-2 weeks old. Bottle fed him at first. Now 3 yrs. old with a great personality.

http://www.donzi.net/photos/PWidoff003.jpg

This is Rusty. Appeared at my driveway 3 Halloweens ago in a freezing rain. Very sweet dog.

http://www.donzi.net/photos/PWidoff004.jpg

This is Doc. Just showed up one day. Stayed outside for 10 days before he would come into the house. Loves me, very indifferent to anyone else.

http://www.donzi.net/photos/PWidoff005.jpg

This is Dixie. The only female. Came from an animal rescue society. Very sweet but distant.

http://www.donzi.net/photos/PWidoff006.jpg

This is Happy. Found him wandering around one of those mega gas stations looking in every car for the owner that abandoned him. Had been there two days. Can't believe he didn't get run over. Most good natured and playful dog I have ever known. Sleeps on bed on me!

http://www.donzi.net/photos/PWidoff007.jpg

Two sun conures, Spikey and Junior, beautiful but very noisey. Love to dive bomb the dogs when they are out.

http://www.donzi.net/photos/PWidoff008.jpg

This is Poo. Ruler of the household. Solid white cockatoo. Talks a little. Can fly but prefers to walk everywhere. None of the animals mess with Poo.

T-T-T-That's all folks.
