Air Shots Techniques How to do Them

Since yesyoucan has now purchased a Blackhawk 22 he is wanting to show off with some good air shots. It appears from looking at the shots that some of them are done in calm water? Is this true or is it the way the picture is taken? I would assume that a great air shot would require a good size wave. Or can a series of purpoises (porpi) cause amplification of each preceding one resulting in a great air shot?

I would imagine that some out of control porpoiseing in a Blackhawk could look like the landing after some air time.
