We have been without rain now for about 2 months, Okanogan Lake, (about 75 miles long) is on fire, the Park is gone... :( the Lakeshore is ablaze. This is one of !!! 900 !!! now burning here in the Province. Last night they lost about 200 homes there. All nice stuff 1/2 million $ and up. Sad day for many here. This is on the Mainland, about 300 miles from me. Lots of people on the board have been to the Okanogan and this Lake. No end in sight, the first rain forcast in the last couple months didn't pan out and now we are back to blue skies and sun again...
