Well my new Donzi neighbor closed on his brand new house yesterday. Beautiful... about 3000sqft, we have our own designated spare bedroom, just in case I am a mess and can't idle 3 blocks... eek!
I joined him today for the first beers at the new residence!

Nice place! Or should I say "Nice Digs, Digger". Looks like you need to fold those mirrors in to get the truck in the garage though......

Congrats Digger. Nice looking home and the best thing is it weathered the storms you all just had over there. Hope to get over and see the house, you and Bryan in person as soon as possible.

thx everyone! walk through and close went smooth. good builder, no issues. movers were here yesterday, I'm at work for a few hrs this AM, then I will go back and start to unpack. oh boy... I love moving... I can hardly write down all the projects as fast as they come to mind...

hey heres a thought, mark your calendars for next yrs HRPA poker run, 1st weekend in Aug I think, (right Bryan?) come one come all hotel/casa de Digger will be open!

Digger, your new house looks beautiful.
Don't worry about the grass this fall, Bryan will only park on it anyway.
But in the spring have the local sod company drop off about 600 yards of new grass, chill 2 or 5 cases of beer, and round up 4 other Donzi guys, and you'll have grass in about 4 hours.

Remember - green side up...
Throw in a ride in the 33, and the 'copter, and I'll even make the trip down... :D
