One sunny Saturday afternoon little Susie went and asked her mother if she could take the family labrador for a walk around the block. Her mom said not today, she's in heat sweetheart. This just wasn't good enough for little Susie who went to find her dad. Dad was in the garage working on a lawn mower when Susie asked the same question. Dad said sweetheart she can't go for a walk she's in heat. As the tears belted up in little Susie's eyes her dad gave in and said bring the dog to me. Susie returned seconds later, leash in hand. Dad grabbed a gasoline soaked ragg and scrubbed down the dog's bottom side. He said that oughta do it but just one time around the block and back home.
About fifteen minutes later Lucy returned home with nothing but the leash. Dad said Lucy where the dog. Oh, she ran out of gas in front of Mrs. Wilson's house, Tommy's dog is pushing her home.
