Who is Bobby?

While tearing apart the transom I found this.

So in 1982 - 83 I wonder who was this person named Bobby? It looks like he wore glasses and had a big mouth.

While I was at the factory Josh and I were talking and I had mentioned some writing in my boats base wood and he said that it is common for poeple to sign the hull where you would never find it unless you tore the boat down. You are one of the lucky ones to find it.
