From Yahoo News:

Fed Monitor Will Oversee Detroit Police
(AP) - A federal monitor was named Thursday to oversee the city's police department after a two-year investigation into civilian shootings found problems with officers' use of force. Hey, we're moving to Disney World! Sorry Todd, how about Detroit instead? So the cops are a little rough? Looks like a little target practice may be in order....

We have that problem one town over...All rich people, cops have nothing to do. Will pull you over for going 33 in a 35. They shot a delivery boy because they thought his pizzas were bombs, killed 2 pedestrians on the way to a high speed chase at 5:30pm. Im not sure I would want these type of people on the water...
