Recently repainted from the waterline up, with new teleflex guages and new upholstery. Refreshed the 454 about four years ago, built it for reliability. Arneson 1721 drive, hydraulic steering, K-Planes, swim platform, Continental trailer, one brass 24" cleaver prop, and one 25" chopper prop. Needs a cover.

Nope, I have never ridden in it. It is real close to my home so I just stopped in to look at it. He says it handles like a dream. Heavy hull handles rough water well, 24 degree deadrise with strakes, and a very strong hole shot. Top speed of about 55 mph, due to the weight of the hull and the 454 being built for reliability. He figures about 385 hp.

Hawaiian is a west coast boat, very hot in the 70's, with most of them being smaller than 26'.

Thrill. For heavens sake. talk him down from 8500 bucks? Don't insult the guy. You'll lose your credibility as a serious buyer.

Orry Harbor its just a habit. I always ask that question. I dont mean to insult any body. Most sellers that I have talked to always list about 1000$ more thatn what they realy want out of them. I dont know its just what I have been told. SOrryy if I have offended any body on this sight I am going through a realy tough time right now!!! :( :( frown
