Note from GeneD: This is a good boat that needs some TLC. This is my boss's boat, I've seen it, and checked it out. It can be seen in Largo, FLA.

Do you have any pictures available of this boat?
I currently work in Saudi Arabia, so I have lots of time to refurbish the boat. I will be visiting Florida in August, I may go down and take a look, but don't want to waste my vacation if its in too bad of shape.

Thanks.

Wow guys it is a twin engine 24 for 3500 dollars.
I would have bought it if I had not already bought what I have.

GeneD:

I found a picture of the Scarab on Traderonline. It looks very nice. I don't know if it will last till I get to Florida in August, but we can only hope.

Where is Largo?

Largo is directly west of Tampa, south of Clearwater, and north of St. Petersburg. Definitely north of Sarasota.

This boat is probably the most exciting thing to inhabit the city in several decades...

Kevin,
I like the idea but......I kinda want a turnkey boat if it is that big. I don't have the room to restore yet.

When you going to Jersey?

Careful guys- Wellcraft did not introduce the
Scarab line until 1977.

Holy smokes guys! I didn't expect this kind of response.
However, let me say this about that boat...
It might not be a Scarab, it did say Scarab all over the boat though.
And...it's been sold.
For, get this!
$4000!!!!!!!!!
There's always someone out there that wants what you got.
Sorry to not have replied sooner. I've been super busy with the move and the new job and all.
And don't forget to call Throttle-Up Propellers for all your propeller needs!
