For offshore boating stepping up to twin big blocks in a 30ft+up boat is the next big step. The new 30ft outlaw is on the cover of pb mag this month.I hope that I can get to see it this winter at one of the boat shows....DO YOU THINK..donzi will ever release a low price/starter offshore performance boat or would it be bad for the brands upscale image?

We looked at them at the Miami show. I wouldn't call them low priced. As I recall, they were $130K+. For that price, I'd rather buy a 312 Formula.

Bill, Donzi for 2004 is indroducing an out the door price on a 33ZX twin 496/HO Full Graphics of your choice, For around $149 and thats a killer price.
And remember one big item once you own that 30ft Baja don't expect to get rid of it fast, There are a 100 or more of the 29 and 30ft outlaws used ones for sale at give away prices.. We had a 1999 we sold for $59,000 Nice loss. with 500EFIs That was a 150,000 boat brand new.

Hi All,

I sure would like to know more about this new for 2004 33ZX with the special price.

- how is it equiped?
- is it a "stripped" version of a regular 33ZX?
- what is missing?

I don't care for the full graphics stuff. My tastes are more for a two tone approach. That is the way our 28ZXO is painted.

I appreciate any info you can provide.

ok.. i am not baja bashing but ... you get what you pay for.. I did a job on a 442 brand new boat.. the upolstery was the same quality as a bayliner .. the stiching was also cheap .. trim pieces .. junk lightweight plastic.. gelcote ... junk ... this is there flagship go-fast 3 496's for power ... the front deck buckled when I walked on it ... the non skid is terrible ... and of course the number one reason ... resale ...

As a Baja fan also...73 in an 18 donzi feels worlds nicer on rough water than a 21 overall baja at 70 in smooth water. Talk about chine walking.

As for resale...I think Fountain holds theirs very well. wink :p :D
