Last winter it was the hatch.

Absolutely stunning as usual!

Say, is that paint or gel and which do you prefer? My old 25 is going to need something.

Wildfire,
The boat has been recently painted and clear coated.

The engine components were either powder coated or painted with red Ferrari wrinkle paint.

Chris,
The engines are 350's with Vortec heads. Compression ratio 10.5 to 1. HP425.
I had bought two 400ci blocks and had them prepped but decided that I was happier with the 350's and the higher rpms. Next year I am planning on putting Prochargers on.

Anyone need two 400ci blocks.

I just saw a neighbor's Donzi 22 Classic in the shop. He has added headers and a Procharger to his 502. The engine compartment looked awesome.
I can't wait to see it run this year!

Buizilla, I can't wait to get it wet! :D

Thanks to all!

Jim,
I will get the work specs on what I had done to the blocks and will send you an e-mail in the next day or two. They are under wraps at the engine shop.

Eugene

Jim (aka Buizilla),

The two 400 blocks that I have were:
Dismantled,degreased and cleaned.
Magnafluxed.
Cylinders bored 030 over
Cylinder blocks re-surfaced.
Main Bearings line bored & honed fit caps to block with ARP bolts.
Cam bearings precision installed and shaft fit.
Fell Pro seals were used and freeze plugs installed.
I paid for the blocks and labor a total of $2600.00
Make me an offer.
Thanks.
Eugene
P.S. if you need to speak to my engine builder his name is Gary Rowen.

Is that windshield stock?? There is nice Magnum boat for sale on TRDERONLINE but has no screen? Just curious. By the way you boat looks great.

DucatiF1,
The plexi windscreens were stock on the Magnum 27' Sports. The Magnum you are referring to on Trader is actually a Maltese Magnum. I believe it is mislabeled. I have seen them with and without the windscreen. That particular boat seems to be highly modified.

My windscreen in the original shape but I had a new one made with a small wind deflector molded in.

Eugene,
It looks GREAT! What year hull is it and how long did it take you to restore it to this point?
Best of luck with it.

Bob,
The hull year is 1976.
This is my fifth year of restoration work.
It is almost complete. Time for the next project! :D

I am looking forward to seeing your project.
