thanks bob...i've been looking on boattrader too, but nothing really interests me there.

i'm looking for that boat in the back of the local boatyard that someone has been using as a dumpter...call me crazy :)

btw, nice score on the marauder! i absolutely love that boat, would love to get my hands on one of them one day too!

Post some pics on ThunderboatAlley when you get some time!

You should have asked this question last week. On Saturday, when Poodle and I came back from being stupid, the boat directly pulling out in front of me at the matheson ramp was a 20 Bahia Mar. I ain't seen one in ages. Had a small *for sale* sign taped to the windshield...

Sean,

I am not sure if this is what you want. BUT

My salvage guy has access to a Bertram 25 Flybridge. It had been restored . Its a partial submersion. It has twin 454's with borgwarners. It has 2 custom tops. The guy wants 15k for it.

It is in Freeport Texas (just south of Houston)

Scot,

you got anything else?

I don't think a partial submersion is worth 15k...there are several on boattrader and yachtworld for that price...that haven't seen the bottom :)

of course i'm a cheapskate looking for something for next to nothing... :)

I agree about the 15k I will see if there is anything else.

Sean,
This just popped up in the local classifieds:
25' BERTRAM MOPPIE- 95% restored, pretty boat. $29,500. 609-242-4326

Think that's more than you wanted to spend, and a lot of fixing up has already been done, but i figured i'd post it for you anyway...and its in NJ, closer than TX. You're in NYC, right? I'm working in NYC right now. I'll keep my eye out for Bertrams for sale by me.....

thanks mcgary.

definitely more than i want to spend, and i've decided that i definitely want a 25 Flybridge...its a neat little sportfish and with outdrives, i can get into some shallow waters too.

appreciate the extra eye in jersey!

im working in midtown now, how about you? nice criterion by the way...it's probably my most favorite...including the hornet bench!
