That is gorgeous! And Superboat builds a quality craft! They are fast for their size also. Lots of those 24s around here. I have only been in one and it was an under-powered outboard. With a stock small block they do low 60s with a 300x outboard, they do low-mid 70s. This one must be well into the 80s. I was not thrilled with the ride of the 24 outboard but, it was a really snotty day and the narrow beam seemed to be a factor with the stiff wind abeam.

Is this drive a "Stern Powr" #107 ?? I'm thinking about using one of these drives on my Magnum. Does anyone have any feedback on these drives? I know that a transmission is required, and I think they can utilize Merc Speedmaster props. Any input is appreciated!

Robert,
Yes, the drive is a sternpower. The company is now is the state of Washington. I have spoken to the owner a few times. They build drives mostly to military specs. From what I've heard, they are a great drive, and yes they need a transmission. Parts are readily available. Superboat used them in many of their older boats that I have seen.
If you need to speak to them send me an e-mail.
I hope the Magnum restoration is going well.

P.S. I've also spoken to Marine Machine and their hydraulic steering fits to the Sternpower Drive.
