Single engine hull

Hi I have a buddie looking for a single engine hull High Pref V around 25-27 feet. He is taking his Hyper BB out of his current boat that only goes 85, wants to be able to run in rougher water fast.

Maryland's Eastern Shore

This is a 1988 Scarab Wellcraft. It is 28 feet long. It can house a 454 or 502 engine, It does not come with an engine. It sleeps two people, no head or bath. It has been under the boathouse roof since the owners have had it. They are the only owners. The boat has a silent option, meaning the engine runs quiet, or noisy, with the flip of a switch. The boat comes with a depth finder. There is also a sunpad on the rear hatch, secured with velcro. AGAIN this boat does not come with engine or trailer. It is buyers responsibility to transport. Please ask any question you have about this very nice boat.

Why is there no engine?

My guy has taken his 540ci well worked BB out of his RINKER no joke RINKER cuddy express about 23 foot which did fly. Now he wants a proper high speed V hull.
